We are a concierge health care clinic specializing in Primary Care, Gynecology, and Telemedicine visits. 

We see women, men, and teens (13 yo up)

We also offer other services such as wellness, nutrition counseling, longevity treatments and more. 

 

All providers are Advanced Practice Registered Nurses and can treat patients, prescribe medications and refills, as well as send referrals for mammograms, colonoscopies, coronary calcium scores, labs, and more, all on the same day.

Payment is expected on the same day of your visit.

All new patient visits are $200

​

Established patients $150 (you must have been seen within two years)

​

Follow-up visits from $75 to $150, depending depth of the visit and the time​

​

Testing offered in the clinic:  UTI, Strep, BV, Flu, Covid, Pregnancy. 

These special tests incur additional charges

Pricing for rapid testing runs from $20 - $50

​

You may submit your receipt to your own insurance and possibly receive reimbursement, depending on your plan, co-pay, deductible, out-of-pocket expense, and the amount they decide to pay you.  You can also use your FSA or HSA card.
